DIABETES!

One of my friends spotted this last week and sent it to me. 

 

 

 

She said, "Do you think this guy is a diabetes advocate, doctor or just someone who really likes his sugar??"

 

What does it all mean?!

 

Isn't that like me having a license plate that just says SEASONAL ALLERGIES?  With no explanation.  Surely this isn't raising money for the cause. 

 

So...it's just a word on a plate I guess.  Perhaps we will never know.
